CBI Probe on Mahesh Babu's Brother-In-Law
Amar Raja Group MD- Guntur Lok Sabha candidate of TDP Galla Jayadev, son of former minister Galla Aruna Kumari and brother-in-law of superstar Mahesh Babu, is going to face CBI probe in the EMAAR scam. Principle Special Judge for CBI cases at Nampally Court on Tuesday ordered a thorough probe into alleged involvement of Galla Aruna Kumari and her family members including Galla Jayadev in Emaar Scam.
Acting on the complaint lodged by one Purushotham Naidu, Court ordered police to book an FIR against few members of Galla family and few other bureaucrats. CBI is soon going to probe the matter.
The main allegation against Galla family is that they encroached on 2.2 acres of prime Government land in Nanakramguda, Hyderabad that was handed over to the APIIC for the Emaar township project.
